You’ll be expected to learn quickly on the job and will receive lots of mentorship and coaching from our CEO and CTO, both of whom have deep Product Management experience.

• Spending lots of time with Skylight customers and our Customer Support team, to develop an intimate understanding of our customers’ needs
• Synthesizing, documenting and prioritizing product initiatives into a Product Roadmap, and ensuring that every part of the organization is aligned towards achieving these goals
• Working with the leadership team to craft product experiments with the goal of improving metrics across the business
• Working with Designers to turn feature requests and product experiments into beautiful, simple layouts
• Writing User Stories to convey the purpose and nature of each feature request and bug fix
• Organizing User Stories into Sprints, and working closely with our Engineering team to build delightful-to-use, bug-free products
• Analyzing results of product experiments in a rigorous, data-driven way, and synthesizing conclusions that will inform future product directions

This is a great role for someone who is entrepreneurial and passionate about collaborating to improve our product. We are a small team, and the right person will have an opportunity to make an enormous impact and rise within the organization.

The right candidate is...
• Be a patient, empathetic communicator who enjoys listening to customers, understanding their problems, and helping them
Have the people skills to keep Customer Support, Engineering, and Management aligned on a common product vision
• Be detail-oriented enough to ship a 100% bug-free product
• Be strategically minded enough to see the big picture and prioritize accordingly
• Be a fast and motivated learner
• Be highly analytical and data-driven
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you make (most of) the rules
